There are so many things I miss about the PNW since moving to the midwest, and Morning Glory Chai is one. I was thrilled to discover that they have an online store! I haven't found any other chai that has the same flavour profile, even when I try to make my own. This spice mix is perfect. I rarely drink caffeine, so when I don't have time to brew a batch, I just add a small scoop of this spice mix to a cup of tea (decaf black, tulsi tea, and Blue Lotus rooibos masala chai are all great). The spice mix is also delicious added to curries!
